Shipping

It takes 1-2 working days for your order to be processed. After which the following delivery times apply.

Deliveries do not take place on Sundays/Public Holidays.

Signed For delivery times are estimated and not always guaranteed.

 

UK:

Second Class Signed For Delivery (3-5 days): Free

First Class Signed For Delivery (1-3 days): 99p

Nominated Next Day Delivery (1-2 days): £7.99 (cut off is at 11am)

 

EU:

First Class Signed For (3-7 days): £10.00

Express Delivery (1-3 days): £30.00

 

US & Canada & Australia & Rest of the World:

First Class Signed For (5-15 days): £10.00

Express Delivery (3-7 days): £30.00

 

 

Tracking Orders:

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email which contains your tracking number. 

Please add info@shoplondongifts.com to your contacts to ensure that your tracking email does not go into your junk folder.

Please be aware orders will take a bit longer to be shipped during the Christmas period. We will ensure you receive your package before Christmas for you to enjoy. Any orders placed after the 23rd cannot be guaranteed will arrive in time for Christmas.

Also ensure you provide your correct email address when placing the order otherwise this will prevent your from receiving your confirmation and tracking email. If you have provided the wrong email address or haven’t received your confirmation email contact us on info@shoplondongifts.com or through the live chat with your full name and we will be able to assist you.

 

 

Returns and exchange policy:

If you require a refund/exchange please contact us through our contact page via our live chat service stating your order number, full name and reason for return/exchange.

Alternatively email us at info@shoplondongifts.com.

Please read our returns and exchange policy and all requests must be within 14 days of receiving your order.

Full refunds are processed excluding the cost of postage and packaging.

Any personalised items are NON-REFUNDABLE as these were made specifically for you so also make sure everything is spelt correctly.

Any items bought on sale are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Any items that are damaged after a month of the delivery date cannot be replaced by us, but can be fixed by us with a small fee.

 

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item please email us stating the item and size you require.

The delivery fee for the new exchange item must be paid for by the customer (UK Customers Information: £2.45 charge. International Customers: Same as the shipping price paid on the order)

Returning an item for a refund or exchange is at the customer’s expense.

 

 

Refunds:

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please note that the refund will be processed excluding a small handling fee of £2.99 (postage and packaging).

International customers will be refunded the full amount excluding the shipping charge which was paid.

All items will be inspected and checked before being issued with a refund. The item has to be returned in the same condition you received it in otherwise a refund will not be issued and you will have to pay a shipping fee to have the item shipped back to you.

The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used to place the order and depending on which bank you are with, the funds will be in your account within 2-5 business days.
